‘Enhancing Roma Participation in Public Policy in the Slovak Republic’
The workshop organised by the Centre for Research of Ethnicity and Culture (CVEK) from 26 to 27 February 2015 in Bratislava (Slovak Republic) aims at bringing together policy makers, pro-Roma activists, and scholars to discuss and fashion viable models of more substantial Roma participation in decision-making processes at local, regional and national governance levels. The event is part of a series of workshops funded by the European Academic Network on Romani Studies joint project. The workshop is organised within the frame of the Bridging the Gap between Academia and policy making.
