upon romani migrations and public space policies :
The « villages d’insertion » at the North of Paris.
The post-doctorat that lasted one year in between 1st September 2010 and 31st August 2011, its aim was to study the « integration villages » and to interview Roma people living in Bungalows and Caravans within the projects, and also social workers, and politicians. Before that, I followed since the end of 2007 some families rejected of a camping towards another in Parisian North, as well as the way in which the debate relating to the migrations of Roms/Tziganes was built on the political scenes in comparison with the hardness of the French directives similar to that of the other States of Western Europe. That enabled me to test on a local level the way in which the manufacture of a speech relating to Roms/Tziganes takes place, similar to that which one finds in all Europe and especially, to approach the social processes induced by the Romanian question. They cause primarily an interrogation which is that of the report to legality within the debate relating to the ethnocraties and the people autochtones.
