Determination of the level of responsibility for the EU institutions implementation of economic and social cohesion in relation to the minorities (Roma) and their cultural cores (Romanipen). Analysis the level of activity (including non-legislative) the EU institutions in policy-making. Analysis of public discourse (CDA) in the context of hate speech.
