Academic profile
My research interests lies within the disciplines of political sociology, sociology of human rights and European studies.
In particular, my PhD research focuses on the challenges of the recent European call for specific Roma targeted policies within the European Union (EU), Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and Council of Europe (CoE). I examine whether this European trend challenges the conventional diffusion of international categories of human rights, minority rights, and distributive justice.
